Each class follows a gentle, thoughtful rhythm designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Here’s our typical flow:

🧘‍♀️ Opening (5 minutes)

Mindfulness check-in
We begin with a short discussion or reflection to bring awareness to the present moment.

🧍 Warm-Up (5 minutes)

Tai Chi foundation exercises
Simple movements to awaken the body, improve balance, and prepare for practice.

🔄 Review (10 minutes)

Go over last week’s movement(s)
We revisit what was learned and practiced previously, reinforcing memory and refinement.

🌊 Form Practice (10 minutes)

Practice the form so far
Flow through everything you've learned to date — slowly, mindfully, together.

🆕 New Movement (15 minutes)

Learn a new move
We break down and explore one new movement from the Yang/Moy form.

🔗 Integration (10 minutes)

Add the new movement into the form
We link the new move with the full sequence learned so far.

🌿 Health & Nutrition Tip (5 minutes)

A short reflection on whole-food, plant-based wellness — always optional, always supportive.

☕ Break & Social Time (10 minutes)

Time to breathe, sip water, or chat with others in the group.
