Add Your Event
The Guanajuato Events Calendar is ready. We want to publicize your events. Please add them to our calendar. It is very easy and it doesn’t cost anything. Here is how to add your event.

Look at how it is set up and notice what information you will need to add.
One of the items you will need is a URL. This can be a YouTube video, a public Facebook posting, a public Google Doc, a web page, or anything that can be viewed in a browser and that gives more information about your event.
Click <here> to add your event. This will bring you to a Google Form.
Fill in the information requested. When you get to the URL field, paste the URL about your event.
When you finish, click Submit.
That’s easy, isn’t it?
Wait 24 hours for your event to appear on the calendar.
Important Information
It is possible your event is already listed. Then you don’t need to do anything.
The URL is a great opportunity to publicize your event. Choose it carefully and make sure it works. You do not have to enter a URL, but we recommend it.
For the event description, you have 40 characters. If you go over, the last characters will be lost. Use the URL to give more information about your event.
The sooner you enter your event, the more time people have to see it and plan to go. You can enter events up to three months in advance.
If you need to make a correction to an event or cancel an event, send an email to roger.sessions@gmail.com and give the date, time, and description of the event, and the correction needed. In your email, use the subject EVENTOS.
We accept events in the city of Guanajuato and Marfil. Please do not enter events outside of this area.

For gallery showings, we only accept openings.
We do not accept selling events and we have the right to reject any event.
